Residence Soleillades is composed of semi-detached houses that feature mezzanine apartments that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. All of them are well-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, oven, electric hotplate) and small garden, a furnished terrace or balcony.
The residence also has an outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to September) and a free outdoor car park (1 parking space per house).

Important Information
Please note that guests must pay a deposit of 300 EUR at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory.
City tax is payable at the residence.
Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.
End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: No internet access available.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
